At Srilok.com, each saree is a piece of art crafted with care. We offer a limited warranty for your peace of mind.

1. What’s Covered
  • Fabric or weaving defects

  • Color bleeding under normal wash

  • Faults in embroidery or embellishments

2. Warranty Duration
  • 30 days from the date of delivery

3. Not Covered
  • Regular wear and tear or stains after delivery

  • Improper handling or washing damage

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen settings

  • Custom-stitched or altered products

4. Claim Process

📩 Email your claim to pdsareeonline@gmail.com with order ID, photos, and issue description.
📅 We respond within 3–5 business days.

Depending on the situation, you may receive a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only issued in rare and exceptional cases.

5. Policy Notes
  • Warranty is non-transferable and limited to original buyers.

  • Srilok.com’s decision on claims is final.
